Mindfulness in Motion – Tracking the Mind

For some people it’s hard to track where their mind is focusing. Being aware of how you’re body is feeling is a direct indicator of where your mind is focusing. If your body is calm and relaxed, then it means your mind is calm and954713_752313041475854_9202584171011302876_n focusing on good things. There is no separation between the mind and the body. The goal is to find a calm, equanimous mind that can recognize the language of the physical body in a way that doesn’t react but instead notices. Then, acting accordingly to honor the process of the body and how to meet it’s needs can follow.
